What do you sell?
We specialise in premium guppies, mollies and aquatic plants, carefully raised for health, vibrant colour and strong genetics. We also offer selected fish foods and aquarium supplies.
Are your fish locally bred?
Yes. Our livestock includes both carefully selected imports and quality in-house bred fish. All are raised in clean, treated Sydney tap water with chlorine and chloramine removed, and maintained in stable conditions to promote strong health, vibrant colour, and long-term adaptability in home aquariums.
Will the fish look exactly like the photos?
Fish are living animals, so colour, size and patterns may vary slightly. Photos are representative, but we always select healthy, high-quality specimens for every order.
🚚 Shipping, Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide only.Due to state biosecurity regulations, we do not ship to Northern Territory (NT) or Tasmania (TAS).
How are fish packed safely?
All livestock is packed using insulated boxes, breathable fish bags, and temperature-stable materials to minimise stress during transit. We ship via Express Post only.
During colder months, heat packs are included when required to ensure your fish remain warm, stable, and comfortable throughout their journey.
When do you ship orders?
Orders are dispatched Monday–Tuesday only to avoid weekend delays and ensure livestock safety.
To ensure Monday dispatch, orders must be placed by 8:00 PM on Sunday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on Tuesday.
How long does delivery take?
Most Express deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes may vary due to courier conditions, remote areas, or weather disruptions.
Please note that certain postcodes, particularly regional or remote locations, may experience longer transit times.
Do you offer local pickup?
Pickup is strictly by appointment only and available for local customers. The pickup address will be provided once your appointment has been confirmed

What if my fish arrive dead (DOA)?
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee.
If any livestock arrives deceased, you must contact us within 6 hours of recorded delivery time.
Customers must notify us within 8 hours of delivery if any fish arrive in an unhealthy condition.
To process your claim, you must provide:
• Clear video (with zoom) of the unopened sealed bag
• Clear video showing the livestock inside the sealed bag
• Clear photo of the shipping label
• Your order number
This allows us to assess and verify the claim quickly and fairly.
Once approved, we will offer:
✔ Replacement livestock (sent with your next shipment — buyer to cover shipping cost), or
✔ Store credit (livestock value only), or
✔ Refund for livestock value only
Please note:
• Refunds apply to livestock value only.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on replacement livestock.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of live fish and plants, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through our checkout, including major cards and supported payment providers.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once packed or shipped, cancellations are not available.
Can I add items after placing an order?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t been packed yet.

How should I acclimate my fish?
We recommend floating the sealed bag in your tank for 15–20 minutes to equalise temperature, then slowly introducing tank water before release.
