CJ Aquatic Sydney currently ships within Australia only.

Due to state biosecurity regulations and livestock transport restrictions, we are unable to ship to Northern Territory (NT) and Tasmania (TAS).

Live Fish & Plant Shipping

The health and safety of our livestock is our highest priority.

All livestock is packed using insulated boxes, new tech-breathable fish bags, and temperature-stable materials to maintain optimal water quality and minimise stress during transit.

​

During colder months, heat packs are included when required to ensure your fish remain warm, stable, and comfortable throughout their journey.

Shipping schedule:
• Dispatch every Monday – Tuesday only
• Express shipping only
• Tracking provided for every order

This approach helps ensure your livestock arrives healthy, safe, and in the best possible condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within Monday and Tuesday.

​

To ensure Monday dispatch, orders must be placed by 8:00 PM on Sunday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on Tuesday.

​

For our regular customers and for certain eligible postcodes, Wednesday dispatch may be available upon request. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

During extreme weather conditions or peak seasonal periods, dispatch may be delayed at our discretion to protect livestock welfare and ensure safe transit.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel on delivery.

Livestock should not be left outside or unattended for extended periods.

CJ Aquatic Sydney is not responsible for losses due to:
• Incorrect address
• Missed deliveries
• Delays caused by the courier
• Extreme weather after delivery
